Please note: Selby & Friends, now in its 14th Season of presenting brilliant chamber music concerts around Australia, announces a dual online initiative through its new portal - Selby&Friends At Home. Presented through the Selby & Friends YouTube Channel, this recorded and filmed chamber music initiative offers an alternative
to concerts cancelled due to venue closings and social distancing directives during the COVID-19 crisis.

Originally scheduled for early May, the Let’s Get
Personal tour was filmed & recorded for ticketed
patrons to access via its YouTube Channel, from
2–10 May.

This unusual program explores the home-grown roots of our special guests, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Concertmaster, violinist Vesa-Matti Leppänen and SSO Co-Principal Cellist Umberto Clerici who join Artistic Director Kathryn Selby. Presenting works by Sibelius, Martucci, Beethoven and Dvorak, we explore the beauty and exoticism of these works and their influence on classical music through the generations and indeed their influence on the artists themselves. A fascinating personal journey, this is a special concert and one not to be missed!
