Guests will have a chance to experience the new season's delights curated by head chef, Tom Stott and leading Mixologist, Christine Lam. Australia’s leading Gin distillery, Four Pillars, in partnership with Sydney’s favourite speakeasy Employees Only, would like to invite you to a special evening of indulgence and sensory delights - ignite all your senses.
Taste the tantalising new Spring menu and Botanical cocktails, Smell the complex fragrant notes of Goldfield and Banks, See the ethereal florals that garnish the venue, listen to the guidance and knowledge of Gin and Fragrance expertise, all while feeling as though you’re transported to another world.

Explore the new aromatic depth of flavours as Four Pillars Gin expert and brand ambassador Hannah Torley shares a range of delicious sips from Australia’s most innovative Gin house to open up your tasting palette to notes of local native botanicals, all the while expanding your mind and stimulating your senses, delving deeper into Spring.

Provoke your sense of taste as you’re presented with divine dishes and heavenly cocktails created by the expertise of Employees Only head chef, Tom Stott and Mixologist, Christine Lam who has designed a gastronomic selection to evoke the full spectrum of the flavours inherent in the different Gin you’ll be treated to on the night. A Tempura Zucchini Flower welcomes you into the night while you sip on a Spiced Velvet Negroni. Followed by an Ocean Trout Carpaccio with bursts of finger lime and salmon roe to refresh your tastebuds, accompanied by the Rare Dry Gin Tonica, before you'll progress onto a Seared Lamb Backstrap (herbaceously tantalising to say the least), matched with Four Pillar’s Olive Leaf Gin. Another Secret Crush which features the Bloody Shiraz Gin will bring out the finesse of a Belgian Chocolate Tart to finish.
