New to the gin market and hailing from Singapore, Tanglin Gin sets the mood for an immersive event with three bespoke cocktails: Summer Gimlet, Tanglin Negroni (made from a secret recipe) and the Orchid G&T, accompanied by a culturally-rich menu.

Sit back and relax in the beautifully appointed Thornbury room for a unique Melbourne High Tea experience led by Tanglin Gin co-founder and Head Distiller, Tim Whitefield.

Tanglin Gin is the only hand-crafted spirit distilled in Singapore, with its 11 unique botanicals captured and bottled to create cocktails that draw from the multitude of cultural flavours, with Australia the only country where Tanglin Gin is currently sold outside of Singapore.

You will also have an exclusive opportunity to sample the product and even purchase a bottle or two at special attendee prices.

The Tanglin Gin Tiffin High Tea menu has been exclusively designed for this event and represents the population and influences of Singapore, with Chinese, Malay, Indian and European flavours taking the stage in this limited-time high tea event.
