The Art of Dining – Series 2

The Art of Dining offers guests a memorable dinner that combines fine food, cocktails and wine with exquisite art.

An immersive event creating a feast for the senses. Five works of art by local artist Laura White from the Art to Art stables will be exhibited at the Mister Bianco restaurant, each one interpreted on the plate by Chef Joseph Vargetto in a sublime five-course meal. Guests will be invited to wear an eye mask for one of the courses in order to eat in the dark and heighten the senses further. Each course will also be matched by a cocktail or wine inspired by the artwork.
