The Arthritis Getaway (TAG) provides young adults living with chronic rheumatic conditions an opportunity to learn more about living with the condition, share their experiences and assist them in building a support network.
Join us for a weekend away (3 nights) near the beach and learn more about your condition and engage in fun activities to safely push your boundaries.
Activities at previous TAG meetings included:
- Education session
- Yoga
- Hydrotherapy
- Tie dye
- Lawn Bowls
- Beach activities
- Master Chef & more….
