The Joint Movement ® – Warm Water classes

Kalgoorlie is set to join The Joint Movement, a group-based exercise program designed to help people aged 65 and over to manage their arthritis-related conditions.

Price includes:
- One pre-exercise assessment (27 January–31 January 2020)
- 10 warm water classes (one class per week, Wednesdays 5 February–8 April 2020)
- One post-exercise assessment (13–17 April 2020)
- A report of your exercise progress following completion of the post exercise program assessment
