Award-winning Chef de Cuisine, Nic Trezise of Ascua, welcomes you to a masterclass where you will learn how to prepare, season and grill the finest tomahawk steaks of WA’s Stirling Ranges on the Spanish barbacoa (woodfire grill).
Pemberton-born Chef Trezise shares his explicit knowledge and respect of fresh produce in an intimate class of 12 scholars. Tickets include a take-home-tomahawk between two, so you can go home and practice what you have learnt.
Local operators such as Ryan’s Meats and Stirling Ranges Beef supply A-grade produce like the tomahawks to Ascua to ensure guests are experiencing the very best of the region.
Tickets include a 1.5-hour class with Chef Nic, drinks (wine and beer*), canapes,and tomahawk tastings. Take-home-tomahawks available on the day.
The event will be at the Ascua Spanish Grill.
