Tweens Yoga Classes - Term 4

In these speciality yoga classes, we teach your child yoga poses and relaxation techniques that cultivate strength, mobility, confidence and body awareness.

Mindfulness and meditation activities are also explored to improve concentration, develop self-awareness and cultivate a calm mind.

Eunoia Yoga prides itself on providing a joyful, nurturing and non-competitive class environment for all students. No experience (or flexibility) required!
