Wanneroo Raceway – 51 Years Celebration

The home of motor sport in Western Australia Wanneroo Raceway will be celebrating its 51st birthday this long weekend.

The track, which has welcomed the likes of Mark Webber and Daniel Ricciardo will be hosting a family event which invites anyone to come down and enjoy one of Perth’s most iconic sporting venues.

The Wanneroo Raceway Birthday Race will coincide with the WA Sport Car Club season opener with spectators being able to enjoy 10 categories of racing over the weekend.

Car clubs will be hosting a Show and Shine over the birthday weekend, where some of Perth’s finest cars will be on display for guests to enjoy.

Spectators will also be able to park at trackside and enjoy their own picnic, a range of kid’s activities and entertainment including bouncy castles and face painting.
