Ideal for anyone wanting a fun and simple fitness class, as well as for active older adults and low fitness participants. Newbies are welcome to join in at any time during the term.
Zumba Gold Fitness classes are for you if...you don't want to jump around like an Energizer bunny in the class; you want a fitness class that doesn't play techno or club music; you're an older active adult or just starting your fitness journey, and/or you want a simple, low-intensity exercise class with great music!
Casual rates, term enrolments and multi-class passes are available.
