Get active with great people at the Zumba Gold® workout for the young at heart! You'll be grooving to a wide range of zesty Latin, spicy Indian and other international rhythms! Ideal for anyone wanting a fun and simple fitness class, as well as for active older adults and low fitness participants.

Newbies are welcome to join in at any time during the term. No bookings required. Wear exercise clothes and bring a water bottle. This activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council's Active and Healthy program.
