12-Week Bandemic Band Night -Fat Pony with Betty Taylor

Bearded Dragon Hotel Tamborine presents our 12 Week 'Bandemic' Band Nights!

It's 2021 and we’re kickstarting Live Music to the Scenic Rim with a big warm hug to musos, after the Year that was 2022.

This Friday 9th of July we have the All Women Fronted Rock Queens of 'Fat Pony' with support from 'Betty Taylor'

Fat Pony trots between the sounds of grunge, pop, and indie rock, and weaves them together with sweet vocal harmonies. While Betty Taylor are a 3 piece indie-folk band - All of which hail of Bright & Sunny Brisbane!

Local South East Queensland Bands & Artists are coming together every Friday Night for 12 Weeks, most would normally be touring the festival circuits (what is this word festival we speak of!) so even better they will rockin' and rollin' down and creating their own unique gigs with like-minded solo artists, creative spirits and band mates. Let’s show them how to party like rockstars (wait, they are rockstars), Scenic Rim style just under an hour from Brisbane & Gold Coast. Entry fee is on a what you can pay basis only to support the ongoing Bearded Dragon Bandemic promotion, purchase exclusive first in best ‘dressed’ band & event merch, vote each night to win your favourite band a Limited Edition Coopers Cajun Drum.

Entry is free (pay as you can) so grab your favourite crazy crew for a road trip to discover Tamborine and cross another crazy experience off your new ‘bucket list’ as you wait for the next festival. Launch night from Friday 30th April!

Bearded Dragon is Tamborine’s favourite 'Pub in a Paddock' serving up our All Day Menu, Delicious cocktails from local beverages, delicious desserts and special roasted exclusive blend coffees, craft beers and more till 8.15 pm every night. Daily bookings essential (07) 5543 6888 Band Ballroom and Restaurant has the aircon cranking or heating whichever the weather requires. The fireplace is sparking up and heaters on in our Ballroom; so every day is perfect when you are at the Dragon! Outdoor Garden is fully festive with festoon lighting and water misters to cool you down on a hot day! Breakfast served from 9 am weekdays and 8 am on Saturday & Sundays here in Tamborine.

Your favourite pub in the paddock! True blue Aussie business is here and ready to rumble; so where the hell are you!? Don't forget to bring the kids for the day, too. Our Playground is all equipped for the Things the little people love, plus not to mention the Alpacas and Goats we have in our Paddock. And we sell Alpaca food for you to feed them at your pleasure; What fun for the whole family! Locally brewed beers on tap, all made just for us here at the Bearded Dragon. If it's a Lager you want
