A Taste of Success - Scale Your Food Business

You make a great food product, you've connected with your customers and getting some traction with retailers. Now what? How do you grow the business and ramp up the production at the same time?

Join us to talk about the challenges of growing a food business from start-up to scale-up with business owners on that journey, a distributor working in that space and a contract manufacturer supporting the industry. Learn more of the challenges you can expect, hear some tips for new players, recognise the most perilous problems to be aware of, take away some practical things to consider when going through a growth production phase.

Guest panellists will be announced but will be business owners on the journey of growth, a food distributor and a manufacturer that supports small businesses in their production growth.

This event will be in person as well as streamed online.

In-person attendees will be given the opportunity to network beforehand and mingle after the panel.
