Support Act - Alana-Lee Music
Alana-Lee lurks on the edge of sweet-toeing-the-line and sass-queen. A religious childhood in Fiji followed by teen rebellion and adult adventuring have allowed the now balanced Sydneysider a unique perspective of the light and dark side of life. With travel tales, ponderings and intimate vocals at the piano, Alana-Lee will play most recently released singles 'Black Chemistry,' and 'Escape Act' which was supported by Double J. Alana-Lee will also share a sneak-peek of her new single 'Weeds' (release date Fri 18 Jun). Get ready for that moody, broody live show that's typical of Alana-Lee's soulful style.
Headliner - Sam Buckingham
Having played alongside some of Australia’s most loved artists - like Kasey Chambers, Tim Freedman, Ben Lee and Washington - Sam Buckingham is finally touring solo in support of her fierce new single SOMETHING MORE.“I wrote this song because I was tired of believing I was asking too much, when really, all I’ve ever asked for is the absolute bare minimum of equality and respect. It’s a reminder to myself not to accept the status quo.”
Buckingham is revered for her soul-baring, intimate performances. Expect storytelling, live loops and sampling, expertly crafted songwriting and a show that will leave you feeling bigger on the inside.
“Ferociously talented” - FBi Radio
