This free workshop at Inna Essence is the very thing to begin your journey with Barre in a safe, nurturing space.

You will be introduced to the benefits & basic principles of Barre.

This workshop is for you if you’re an absolute beginner, returning in a post-natal position or if you just want to revisit the basics and strengthen your personal practice.

We will introduce you to and take you through the base movements and principles of Barre and then bring them together in a series of flowing movements.
