Blasta Brewing x Ardbeg Boilermaker

Blasta Brewing HQ is at it again with another boilermaker, this time we will be hosting them once a month.

Octobers Whisky is Ardbeg. For over 200 years, Ardbeg has been made on the small, remote Scottish Isle of Islay. Some people travel to Ardbeg along the winding road from Port Ellen. Others follow their nose, their destiny or the advice of a good friend.

Starter:
Stilton and smoked bacon croquette, apple, beetroot and balsamic relish.

Second Round:
ARDBEG AN OA PAIRED WITH BLASTA MY WAY GRAPEFRUIT IPA
Starter:
Whisky seared scallops, gremolata prosciutto and citrus crumb.

Third Round:
ARDBEG 10 YEAR PAIRED WITH BLASTA GRIMSTER ROCKS APA
Main:
Beef Wellington, wild mushroom duxelle with an Ardbeg glaze.

Fourth Round:
ARDBEG UIGEADAIL PAIRED WITH BREAKFAST OF CHAMPS IMPERIAL COFFEE STOUT
Dessert:
Dark chocolate mousse, whisky caramel popcorn and candied orange.
