Executive Chef Dan Cooper and his award-winning team have crafted a mouth-watering menu so you can stay away from the kitchen this Christmas Day. Join us at Prince Dining Room for an indulgent three-course feast designed in Christmas cheer and dashes of Mediterranean quirk.

‘Tis the season to spoil yourself and all your senses. Sharing is caring, so your table will indulge in a decadent spread of oysters, Crystal Bay prawn cocktail rolls, Yellowfin tuna, wood-roasted turkey pie and summer stone fruit.. Let’s move onto mains, because mains mean business, with your choice of 12-hour slow-cooked lamb shoulder or applewood smoked snapper, served alongside Heirloom tomatoes, dressed somerset leaves and hand-cut chips. Finish off, because there’s always room for dessert (especially on Christmas) with a Mango & passionfruit pavlova.
