City to Coast Community Bike Ride 2021

The City to Coast Community Bike Ride is a leisurely 20km taking in the Bundaberg region. This ride is designed for everyone - if you can ride a bike you can complete this ride.

Start: Riverside Parklands, Bundaberg
Finish: South Head Parkland, Burnett Heads

Time: Registration from 7:30am to 8:40am. Ride starts at 9:00am.

Who can enter?
Everyone! You do not need to be super-fit or an experienced rider.

What you get?
- Free sausage sizzle at South Head Parkland.
- Drinks, fruit and water stops on the way.
- Police, and Ambulance support, plus route marshals.
- Bike mechanic support.
- Sag wagon (if you can't quite make it to the end)
- Lucky draw prizes

Teams have more fun!
Groups of ten or more get discounted entry. Get together with friends or workmates and enter as a team for a fun and healthy group activity and a great day out.

Getting home
After such a great ride, make sure you have arranged how to get home. Many people extend their ride by riding back to the start or arrange their family or friends to pick them up from South Head Parkland. Which option will you choose?

The City to Coast Community Bike Ride is organised by the Bundaberg Mad Cycologists with help and support from many local businesses and community groups. The Mad Cycologists primary objective is to get more people on bicycles by encouraging safe cycling as part of a healthy lifestyle. The Bundaberg region is fortunate to have a number of cycling groups catering for all ages and abilities. From social rides to competitive road and track cycling, there is a club for you.
