Comedy Underground Saturday Showcase

Every Saturday night, Based Comedy presents Comedy Underground in The Basement. It's a weekly showcase of hand-picked talent from all over Australia and around the world. Big name acts, up-and-coming crushers and the wild, subversive and unique voices making waves in live comedy.

Saturday nights in The Basement are packed with 90 minutes of side-splitting laughs, and fresh new line ups every week. Comedy Underground is the Gold Coast's home of the very best live comedy.

Comedy Underground is presented by Based Comedy, Home of the Arts and supported by the RADF. The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between the Queensland Government and the City of Gold Coast Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
