Daniel Wiggins Group: Album Launch

With supports: Baka Gaijin and Half Baked Jam

Daniel Wiggins and his rock fusion trio will release their self-titled album, ‘Daniel Wiggins Group’ on Saturday September 25th with an accompanying launch gig at The Sonar Room. The album is comprised of nine original compositions that uniquely combine intricate instrumentals with melodic and organic vocal songwriting. Wiggins states, “I’ve held nothing back on this record, and it holds a little of everything that I love about music - from folk, to jazz, to heavy metal - short songs, long songs and lots of guitar playing. I feel that working with my trio has influenced my compositions, with the music sounding sharper and richer than ever before. Rolf and Mark (my father), are an experienced and versatile rhythm team who can play almost anything, meaning that our sound covers a lot of ground stylistically. I feel incredibly passionate about the music on this album and hope the listeners will love it too”. The album will be available on CD and all major streaming services.
