Aussie punks dave are a right old stitch up – loveable larrikins that’ll give you a rollicking good time and a dusty hangover. With a reputation for an intense live show, dave’s brand of high voltage rock’n’roll is as hard-hitting as it is infectious. Having gained momentum over the past few years with a steady output of EP’s and touring, dave are an act to look out for in 2019. Their hi-octane bangers like ‘Take It All’ and ‘Rock n Roll’ felt at home on Triple J, while the catchy, chill-rocker ‘Eggiwegs’ landed at number 18 for FBi Radio’s top played tracks last year. This track also made some impressive podium finishes on some of the country’s hottest annual blog polls. 2020 will see the release of dave’s debut album, Slob Stories. Recorded in Chicago with legendary sound engineer Steve Albini (Nirvana, Pixies) the album features dave’s best material yet.

dave are no strangers to the road and have hit the stage with the likes of the Pinheads, You Am I, British India, Dune Rats, The Hard Aches and Bootleg Rascal as well as playing events such as Gumball, No Worries Festival Moruya (Touch Sensitive, The Vanns), Raave Tapes Shut Down The Argyle House (Good Boy, Kwame) and The Cambridge Hotel’s Boxing Day Party (Dear Seattle, Rackett, Maddy Jane). dave are quickly establishing themselves as a blistering, rock’n’roll punk act that crowds froth over.
