Dezzie D and the Stingrayz

Dezzie D and the Stingrayz really stay true to the old school sounds of yesteryear, transporting you back to the ‘era of the 40’s and 50’s and 60’s Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Jump, Swing and those American Juke Joint Halls’. Dezzie D and the Stingrayz have quickly become festival favourites having performed at the Bay of Islands Jazz and Blues Festival NZ, Blues on Broadbeach, Woodford Folk Festival, Jumpers and Jazz Festival, Cooly Rocks On, Mitchell Creek Rock n Blues, Brisbane Jazz Club and many more. With their upbeat music, dynamic vocals, tight grooves and explosive horns, they have earned a reputation of faithfully performing their take on the classic sounds from the ’40s through to the ’60s.
