Echo - East Coast Harvest Odyssey: A festival of the senses
‘Odyssey’ - a long series of wanderings or adventures, especially when filled with notable experiences
Echo is a regionally-based boutique festival celebrating the old and new traditions of harvest on the East Coast of Tasmania.
Presented over the weekend prior to Easter each year, Echo is a curated program of experiences delivered at an idyllic riverside setting within the rural hamlet of Cranbrook, in wine country positioned between the seaside towns of Swansea and Bicheno.
Echo is an event that brings diverse and high-end chefs, wine masters, storytellers, musicians, performance and installation artists, and scientists all together in one beautiful location. Tasmania’s East Coast is well known for its striking beaches, food and wine, and breathtaking views. But it’s also more than that. It is a place of stories, encounters, romance and treasures.
