Garage Sale Mt Gravatt East

Victims of domestic violence will be the fundraising focus of a huge garage sale to be held in Mt Gravatt East on Saturday, March 13.

The garage sale will be held from 7 am until noon at Southside Uniting Church, 46 Springwood Street, Mt Gravatt East.

Half the profits of the garage sale will be going to UnitingCare, who offer a range of services and support for domestic violence victims including behaviour change programs, crisis accommodation and support services for women and children, as well as counselling.

The church holds garage sales twice a year and they are renowned for their huge array of goods and also their sense of community. Books, homebake, vintage and retro, bricabrac, plants, furniture and clothing are on offer.

Social distancing and covid measures will be in place. Come along to support a good cause and find some bargains.
