Recorded in three suitably raucous and vital sessions at Lachlan’s place of worship, RTN Studios in Newcastle from April to June of 2020. It’s his first album back at RTN since his debut full-length release, Ouija Board Heartbreak Tambourine in 2017.

Muscle Memory finds LXM sonically reunited with Geoff Mullard, the very man he recorded with for the first time 11 years ago.

Lyrically, the new album puts the magnifying glass on bad habits, boring ruts and all the vapid, dead-end routines we fall into day to day…
