Looking Up is a Floral Display arranged by the Toowoomba Floral Art Group who are all very experienced in creating beautiful designs. Entry is free but prepackaged morning teas are available at $5.00.
There will be live gospel music from 10-11am daily.
The display opens on Saturday 11th and closes on Wednesday 15th September.
