The Confidence to Change Drop-in Class (weekly)

No one wants to remain ordinary forever. But how do we become the happy, confident person everyone wants to be?

One of the many benefits of meditation is that it enables us to control the negative emotions associated with poor self-image. It also gives rise to a deep happiness and contentment. So when our mind is controlled through joyful meditation, we naturally feel comfortable with the person we are.

On this four week course, open to everyone, we will not only discover the art of genuine self-acceptance, but also develop the confidence to be the best version of ourself, bringing happiness to ourself and those we love.
