This year Mentone Public Library's Grand Finale of "An Author for All Seasons" sees Santa trading in his sled for a UFO to deliver the Christmas goods!

And what goods we have to share with the community...

We will be showcasing much-loved local Young Adult Author George Ivanoff, who will be discussing his most recent edition to his popular Survival Guides series: "The Supernatural Survival Guide."
Supporting George will be the musically engagingly versatile Mark McGurgan and talented emerging young writer Michael Stromenger.

Returning once again to bookend our eleventh series of our local author program, Cr Tamsin Bearsley of City of Kingston's Yammerbook Ward.

Our eleventh series of "An Author for All Seasons" will conclude with our traditional Author Appreciation Ceremony to pay homage to all our talented local writers who formed our literary line-up this year.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: GEORGE IVANOFF

George Ivanoff is a Melbourne author who’s written more than 100 books for kids and teens, including the non-fiction Survival Guides -The Supernatural Survival Guide being the third in this series.

Other renowned publications George is loved for are the Gamers trilogy, the interactive You Choose series, the RFDS Adventures, the OTHER WORLDS series, as well as a ton of school readers and educational books.

George’s books and stories have been shortlisted for numerous awards and he’s even won a few of them!
