NYE Yum Cha and Sparkling at David’s

Bid farewell to 2021 with an indulgent yum cha feast paired with free-flowing sparkling at David’s Prahran. The famous yum cha and sparkling dinner event returns for one night for New Year’s Eve, featuring two sittings – 6.00pm and 8.00pm for $115 per person.

The menu will showcase a flavourful nine-course yum cha banquet curated for the festive season and unlimited sparkling to wash down each bite. Guests will be treated with a selection of one-off dishes that will add a special taste to the indulgent spread.

The yum cha feast will begin with pacific oysters with fresh mint and plum sauce followed by a vegetarian san choi bao, pan-fried BBQ pork buns, a steamed dumpling medley, David’s famous peking duck, pan fried Patagonian toothfish, Dong Po pork belly in a ginger soy glaze, vegetarian fried rice, and for dessert, white chocolate dumplings with coconut praline.
