Queensland Volunteering Awards 2021
We invite you to join us in celebrating the 6th annual Queensland Volunteering Awards.
Join us in a standing ovation for each and every volunteer across the sunshine state who graciously gave their time throughout 2020.
In a year unlike any other, Queensland volunteers persevered through fire, wind, flood and global pandemic to help fellow Queenslanders and our precious state.
A volunteer is not your average person. A volunteer is a hero. Someone who sees beyond their own needs and places importance on the people and the world around them. It is because of the selfless acts of volunteers that our society is richer.
The award ceremony will be held at the grand Brisbane City Hall in the Main Auditorium.
The ceremony will comprise of morning tea, entertainment and award presentations.
Awards will be presented in the following categories:
Volunteer of the Year Award
Youth Volunteering Award
Lifetime Contribution to Volunteering Award
Excellence in Volunteer Management Award
Volunteering Impact Award
Corporate Volunteering Award
