Remembrance Day

The community is invited to join us as we host our Remembrance Day tribute held at the historic ANZAC Cottage at 38 Kalgoorlie Street, Mount Hawthorn on the afternoon of Thursday, November 11, 2021.

The commemorations will commence at 4:30pm with some poppy making activities for children and the opportunity to tour the Cottage and learn about its unique history. We will have the “Field of Remembrance” on display with people invited to add their ancestors to this display at no cost.
The iconic “Sunset Service” will begin at 5:30pm and conclude at 6pm, reflecting the ‘going down of the sun’.
