A five course meal with wines paired to each course featuring wines by Unico Zelo, Whislter, La Linea, Snake and Herring, and Gilbert. Cicero Salvador will be there to chat about the wines and how they pair with the food.
The first course will be burrata with peaches, focaccia crumb and fresh herbs, paired with the Gilbert 'Blanc' pinot gris, riesling.
The second course is frisee, heirloom tomato, Serrano ham, walnuts, cumquat puree and vinaigrette, paired with the Unico Zelo 'Origami' rose (sangiovese, grenache, pinot gris)
Round three is a mushroom risotto with cured egg yolk, paired with La Linea mencia red
The main course is a rib eye on the bone, with chimichurri and mushroom sauce, paired with the Snake and Herring 'At First Sight' grenache
To top it all off there will be poached peaches with macadamia crumble, cinnamon ice cream and honey mascarpone paired with Whistler 'Fruit Tingle' Frizzante
