Roman osteria Garum has partnered with WA Good Food Guide to present a not-to-be-missed culinary experience on Thursday July 29: Truffles Unearthed Dining Series by WA Good Food Guide.
To celebrate the series, Italian maestro Guy Grossi has curated a menu that pays homage to the earthy delights of Western Australia's famous black truffles; allowing guests to embark on decadent five-course journey expertly delivered by Garum's Head Chef Stefano Pingue and his team.
