Fun way to exercise and get fit and healthy!
Dancercise is based around low impact movement to music body exercises.
Go as hard or as easy as you like!
Aimed at those who feel a gym class would be too hard, this is much easier, it is more like dancing to music in a fun structured way.
Come along have some fun, sing, dance, move... wear some fun outlandish comfortable clothing if you wish (advised).
Warm-up dancing approx 30min, cool down, bring water and sweat towel (optional).
