Join us for Inverloch's much loved for Yoga on the Beach. You’ll find us on the sand off Ramsey Blvd, between Abbott and Venus St, by the big teepee.
Start every morning of your Summer break practising mindful slow flow beach yoga. This smooth class caters to all levels, integrating intention & moment to moment awareness.
Bookings are essential.
You can sign in manually or QR code in on arrival and please respect Covid protocols at class.
Please bring your water bottle, your own yoga mat and a towel to shade your face in the relaxation at the end.
