Cockburn Gateway’s hugely popular Cirque du Gateway returns in January 2021. Cockburn Gateway is proud to be the only shopping centre located in Perth’s south metropolitan area to host Fringe World events and is delighted to offer entertainment for the whole family.

This Summer marks the third year of Cirque du Gateway and each year the event has grown significantly in popularity. The 2021 season includes not only fantastic Fringe World shows, but also a cornucopia of carnival themed school holiday activities, a pop-up cinema and free entertainment with hula hoops, jugglers, stilt walkers, hover boarders and more each evening Friday 15th - Friday 29th January, from 7pm in the Piazza.

Cirque du Gateway Fringe World shows turn up the fun, featuring award-winning local and interstate performers including comedy hypnotist Matt Hale - ‘Bonkers!’, ‘Best Show Ever – Cockburn Gateway Special’ with Pierre Ulric, Magnus Danger Magnus and Morgan Scarfe, Jon Madd – ‘Abracadabra and Other Useless Magic Words’, and Melbourne based - Splash Test Dummies, award winners from the Edinburgh, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth Fringe Festival.

All proceeds from the pop-up cinema go to Cockburn Gateway’s charity partner, HeartKids in WA, tickets are $5.00 each.

The Fringe World shows offer great value with prices lower than those in the CBD. For bookings for Cirque du Gateway Fringe World.
