Alchemy, Feminine Immersion

Sometimes we need nurturing spaces to find stillness, reset and gently let go of the things that may be preventing our personal expansion. Alchemy; a gentle unfolding for the Feminine.

The Elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, provide a framework for the Alchemy Immersion, a journey weaved through powerfully guided practices to aggregate all parts of your fullest Feminine expression. Through Feminine-based mindfulness practices, we will come to open new pathways for greater intuition, wisdom and embodiment of your unique Feminine.

Invocation of Earth.
Through a powerfully guided journey, participants will invoke deep practices for grounding and stability. With a primary focus to gently activate the womb and the Root Chakra, we will create a nurturing space to observe our inner world with compassion and curiosity.

Invocation of Water.
Emotions are energy in motion. Alchemy lies in the process of being present in the body, acknowledging and transmuting emotion through healthy processes. By cultivating the tools of breath, sound and soft movement, and gently unfolding the landscape of the Heart Chakra, we will come to harmonise the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.

Invocation of Fire.
With an activating guided journey and exploration of an ancient Goddess, we will explore the notions of Dark and the Light, Head and Heart and Ego and Higher Self. With nurturing support, participants will apply Alchemy tools to transmute self-limiting belief systems, creating space to align into new pathways of expansion.

Invocation of Air.
Our fullest Feminine expression can also be found in the celebration, play, innocence, lightness, sensuality, joy and creativity. With guidance, we will deepen our connection to the Element of Air and your relationship to the whimsical qualities of your Feminine. We will discover the notion of softening the heart to magnetise and attract with your Feminine essence.

OUR FOUNDER
Meredith is an emotional and energetic healer and Reiki Master Teacher. She is a naturally gifted intuitive who is passionate about supporting women to access different tools, techniques and mindfulness practices to enable them to step into the most radiant version of who they are.
Meredith's journey has led her to study forms of embodied dance, meditation, energetic and emotional clearing, Usui Reiki, Seichim, and the Divine Feminine. She is an educator with thirteen years of experience.

Wellbeing Arc also offers one-on-one energetic healing treatments for women, Reiki Level One & Two, Seichim Level One, Reiki Master Level Three and Reiki Master Teacher training.
