Sometimes we need nurturing spaces to find stillness, reset and gently let go of the things that may be preventing our personal expansion.

Alchemy is a gentle unfolding, a soft letting go for the Feminine.

What to Expect
- Self-supporting practices to enhance your connection to your Feminine
- Meditations which embed core concepts and allow the participant to receive activation through powerful guided journeys
- Discover practical tools and activities in addition to theoretical guidance through a course workbook
-Journal prompts and meditation exercises to complete at home to enhance your journey
-Professional guidance and nurturing support from an experienced Reiki Master Teacher and emotional and energetic healer

Module One, SOFTEN
Our journey will begin with a welcoming blessing, connecting with like-minded women and bringing all parts of you into the space for this journey of self-exploration. Participants will explore their vibration and how it is influencing relationships, work and self. We will explore our connection to the wisdom of your feminine body, and discover loving self-supporting practices to enhance your journey.

Module Two, TRANSMUTE
Participants will explore the concept of the shadow and ego and how these components can influence positive growth and expansion. We will identify core beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck and playing small. With nurturing support, participants will apply Alchemise tools to transmute self-limiting systems, creating space for positive expansion and alignment with personal goals.

Module Three, EMBODY
When we are embodied, we can live a life of radiance, empowerment and we are self-assured. With guidance, participants will apply Alchemise tools to transmute and clear patterns or blockages that may be held in our personal and professional relationships. We will discover ways to set healthy boundaries with others so we may feel empowered and embodied with how we spend our time, our energy and assert our needs.

Module Four, EXPAND
Working together, we will establish a vision and pave an alignment path for your personal goals. We will co-create an individualised ritual practice with the aide of Alchemise mantras to expand your vibration and ability to manifest blessings and abundance.

Module Five, INTEGRATE
Celebration of our growth, expansion and achievements, in addition to the art of receiving, is just as important as the work we complete in our inner world. As women, allowing the space to fully receive is a gift that allows opening, connection and softening. Our beautiful group of women will receive in many forms during this session and discover methods to honour the cyclical path of their personal journey.

OUR FOUNDER
Meredith is an emotional and energetic healer and Reiki Master Teacher. She is a naturally gifted intuitive who is passionate about supporting women to access different tools, techniques and mindfulness practices to enable them to step into the most radiant version of who they are.
Meredith's journey has led her to study forms of embodied dance, meditation, energetic and emotional clearing, Usui Reiki, Seichim, and the Divine Feminine. She is an educator with thirteen years of experience.

Wellbeing Arc also offers one-on-one energetic healing treatments for women, Reiki Level One & Two, Seichim Level One, Reiki Master Level Three and Reiki Master Teacher training.
