Art and Artefact

Come to an art show with a difference. Not only is Art and Artefact an exhibition of fine-detailed watercolour and acrylic paintings but it also showcases the very subject matter of the paintings. There are extraordinary hats layered with recycled objects and materials and remarkable mosaic Icon Ladies pieced together from finely patterned crockery.

But it doesn’t end there. Packed with surprises, Art and Artefact promises to intrigue a wide audience. Be entertained on the opening night with: a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party; a live unplugged band playing traditional folk tunes; talks; poetry; stories and more.
