Backroads

Backroads is the newest edition to WA’s cycling calendar of events, bringing the discipline of gravel bike racing to the Midwest.

The event features five distances – the 100 Mile (160km) Big Canola, 100km Fields of Gold, 60km Lupin Loop, 20km Farmroad Flyer and 10km Gravel Groms.

Regardless of what distance you’re doing, you’re in for a real treat. Each course has been designed to take riders through the best the region has to offer, including blooming canola crops and stunning wildflower views.

Whether you’re new to cycling or just getting back on the bike, Backroads is the event for you.
