Beginner Barre Workshop

Have you ever wanted to do Barre, but have felt too intimidated or unsure how to?

This workshop at Inna Essence is the very thing to begin your journey with Barre in a safe, nurturing space.

You will be introduced to the benefits & basic principles of Barre.

This workshop is for you if you're an absolute beginner, returning after having a baby, or if you just want to revisit the basics and strengthen your personal practice.

We will introduce you to and take you through the base movements and principles of Barre and then bring them together in a series of fun, ballet inspired movements.
