You will learn how to create a delectable piece of ice cream art which, will be a spectacle in itself, but to sweeten the deal, you will also get a VIP front-row view of the lights harbourside.

In true Ben & Jerry’s style, all the proceeds are going to charity. This collaboration is with Plate It Forward, and every ticket sold will help provide 10 x meals for local folks in need of a feed – so you can enjoy the night out and feel good doing it.
