Melbourne blues-rockers Zen Monkee write music from another era. Excavating the fuzzed out sensibilities that ’60s blues-rock titans Cream and Canned Heat first championed.

ZEN MONKEE will be performing at Cactus Room for the first time! With 'CRY BABY', an enigmatic six-piece hailing from Geelong's northern suburbs, a fusion of soul, doom, post-punk and funk. As well as the lovely local legends 'BAREFOOT BOWLS CLUB', a four-piece mixture of bubbling indie pop sounds and harmonies.
