Society is reawakening, but music never slept... this May, let us take you travelling for an evening of sensory excitement and movement fueled by deep melodic techno and electronica.

Our first excursion occurred directly in the midst of lockdown uncertainty, and yet, was a trip to remember. Indeed, so memorable that due to popular demand, we're back!

DEPARTURES is a new event series highlighting incredible local DJs and producers alongside lighting and live visual designers, focusing on the collective journey and unique experience of shared passion, a welcoming crowd and phenomenal music...

This party is held on stolen land. This is Jagera and Turrbal land, on Meanjin. Sovereignty was never ceded, and we respectfully acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we hold this event on. We pay respects to elders past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the important ongoing contributions our first nations communities make to our music and arts scenes.

SAFETY AND INCLUSIVITY
This is an explicitly safe space for all, with ZERO tolerance policy for bigotry, racism, queerphobia, sexism, misogyny, or ableist behaviours or attitudes. If anyone does bother you at the event, please let the door or bar staff know, or the event organisers Kieran or Billy, and we will have the offender removed immediately from the event.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS AND REFUNDS
If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms AT ALL, please STAY HOME. You can request a full refund in the case you are unable to attend due to displaying cold and flu symptoms—and will receive our sincere thanks for keeping this event and our community safe.

ACCESSIBILITY
As it is a new venue, accessibility features are still being implemented. The space is currently not wheelchair accessible, but is scheduled to be by the event date. We will update this description if installation occurs on time. Partiers are also advised the night will feature flashing lights and reduced visibility. For access needs, we have an access assistant available upon request, and a reserved dancefloor area for party-goers with different access needs. Please contact the event organisers if you have any accessibility questions at all.
