The West Australian premiere of this smash-hit queer thriller, presented by and starring Wil King (ABC/Netflix's 'Why Are You Like This') and their real-life partner, award-winner Patrick Livesey ('The Boy, George', 'Gone Girls').

Set over the course of a single night, two strangers meet, drink, and party in modern-day Moscow. Both need something from the other, both have something to hide.

Written by Angus Cameron and directed by Bronwen Coleman (The Actors Studio, NYC), DIRT is a thrilling and seductive exploration of sexuality, solidarity, and persecution that received four awards and a dozen five-star reviews at Adelaide Fringe 2021.

$1 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Russian LGBT Network and the Moscow Community Center for LGBT+ Initiatives.

Presented by Patrick Livesey.

Patrick Livesey is a multi-award-winning actor, writer, and producer. In 2018, Patrick wrote and performed The Boy, George, winning the NZ Tour Ready Award and a nomination for Best Performance at Melbourne Fringe. Patrick’s second play, Gone Girls, earned rave reviews at Adelaide Fringe 2020 and is programmed as part of Gasworks Arts Park main 2022 season. Alongside their partner, Wil King, Patrick commissioned, produced, and starred in DIRT by Angus Cameron, directed by Bronwen Coleman, for Adelaide Fringe 2021, winning four awards and a dozen five-star reviews. They are currently writing their third play, Little Yellow Bird, which was shortlisted for the Midsumma Queer Playwriting Award 2021 and is currently working with Princess Pictures on the development of original content for TV.
