Downer Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge

Join thousands of cyclists and gear up for one of Queensland’s most iconic riding events, as the 17th annual Downer Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge (B2GC) returns on Sunday 23 October.

Whether you want to improve your fitness or even try a cycling event for the first time, B2GC invites riders of all ages and abilities to take part in one of three challenges – the 100km Brisbane to Gold Coast, 60km Logan to Gold Coast or 40km Brisbane to Logan – to raise funds for Stronger for Longer and prostate cancer research.

Starting at the Eleanor Schonell Bridge in St Lucia, enjoy 15km’s of closed off busway and tunnels along the old Pacific Highway before you descend upon the Broadwater Parklands in Southport for the action-packed Finish Line Festival.

With live entertainment, food trucks and of course COFFEE, the Finish Line Festival will bring that ‘rider’s high’ feeling to the whole family, supporters and participants alike!
