Dubbo’s home-grown and much-loved festival is back with a bigger, brighter and bolder program of events in 2022. Dubbo DREAM Festival continues to grow as it celebrates all forms of creativity. From lights, lanterns, music, markets, art competitions and more; the festival captures the imagination of all those who attend.
