Gain the knowledge and skills you need to grow Australian native food plants in this comprehensive workshop with horticulturalist and expert gardener, Narelle Happ. Discover the huge and diverse range of native edibles that grow well on the Australian east coast, get hands-on with seeing and smelling the plants, and taste-testing the possibilities for your cooking.

You’ll get to try foods made from native edible plants such as lemon myrtle and wattleseed, and propagate some cuttings to take home to grow in your own garden.

Come along to learn about:

- How to care for and grow native food plants, including soil, positioning, water, and fertilising requirements.
- Harvesting techniques.
- How to use native edibles in garden design.
