Family-Friendly Fun at Marrickville Metro

It’s that time of year again – school holidays! Luckily, Marrickville Metro is taking the stress out of activity planning with a range of fun and creative activities designed to stir the imagination. With community spirit continuously at its forefront, Marrickville Metro has partnered with local favourite, Hypmotive, to deliver activities filled with plenty of pottery, decorating, glazing and much more! For the inner west skaters, decorating workshops will be an explosion of colour and style as kids get ready to deck out their boards and caps.

Available from Monday 26 September and until Friday 7 October, there will be activities for all ages. From pottery to skate deck decorating workshops, there’s an activity for every kid to dig into. All activities will take place between 11am – 2:45pm at the new side of the centre. The best part? They’re FREE. Just register before each session to participate.

HYPMOTIVE POTTERY KIDS CLASSES
Visit Marrickville Metro for a memorable experience, unlike anything that’s been seen before. At this workshop, kids are encouraged to create their own magic with creative clay creations. Watch their eyes light up when the end product comes to life with their own personalised twist!

When: Week 1 (Monday 26th September - Wednesday 28th September) & Week 2 (Tuesday 4th October - Wednesday 5th October)
Time: 2 x Sessions Each Respective Day – 1pm, 2pm

SKATE DECORATING WORKSHOPS (CAP AND SKATE DECK)
Kids are encouraged to experiment, mix and create their own rad, signature skating gear including decks and caps! Personalise skating gear by adding all the colours and styles you like. Sessions provide all materials.
