Flow After Dark

For a new way to experience VIVID, co-founder of Flow After Dark, Kate Kendall will lead a 60-minute vinyasa yoga class suited for all levels. A multi-sensory experience, headsets will be provided by Silent Sounds, playing beats by a live DJ as you downward dog and crow pose under the VIVID lights. Starting Monday 30 May, all three sessions will ignite the senses, with only a limited number of spots on the mat available. Guests are invited to stay after class to enjoy the view and sip on one of three Zephyr VIVID cocktails – with one cocktail curated especially for Flow After Dark yogi’s.

Time: Doors open at 6:30pm for a 7pm start.
Doors close at 9pm.
